Provides a very personal view of World War II from the perspective of a Private Arthur Pranger. Features a letter archive, personal reminiscences, and a scrapbook.
World War II Documents
Provides access to a wide variety of World War II vintage documents, including alliances, surrender agreements, conferences, Nurembury trials, etc. The documents are listed alphabetically, as opposed to chronologically, but can be searched.
Winston Churchill Home Page
An extensive site dealing with the life and times of Winston Churchill. Includes full text of all his speeches and his correspondence. Includes images and links to related sites. An excellent resource for World War II history and England’s role in the war.
The Rise of Adolf Hitler (The History Place)
Provides an extensive biography of Adolf Hitler through to 1933 when he becomes dictator of Germany. Links to his continued biography through World War 2 and to the history of the Hitler Youth. (02/04)

History Place - Past into the future
The main focus of this site is American with good information on the American Revolution, Civil War, Vietnam, Presidents, etc. It does have an excellent section on Nazi Germany and World War II, along with a small section on general world history. Includes special exhibits and links to related sites.
