Includes stories from Africa, Central Asia, Central Europe, China, England, India, Ireland, Japan, Middle East, Native America, Russia, Scandinavia, Scotland and Siberia.

Aesop’s Fables
Provides full text for each of Aesop’s fables, along with their moral.

Creation stories from around the world
Includes creation myths from Native Americans, Maori, Hebrew, Japan, India, Babylonia, China and Hawaii.

Brothers Grimm: Fairy tales, history, facts  (National Geographic)
Provides 12 ‘unvarnished’ original stories, some with audio, from the Brothers Grimm.  Includes links to additional sites and a background into the lives of the Grimms.  Stories include Bremen town musicians, Cinderella, Frog King, Hansel & Gretel, Briar Rose, Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Rapunzel, Seven Ravens, Wolf & 7 little kids, and Mother Holle.

Snow White
Produced by a children’s literature specialist, and provides educators with suggested lessons and discussion questions on a fairly scholarly level.  Links to 36 versions of the story.

Sur La Lune Fairy Tales

Grimm’s Fairy Tales
Provides the full text for all 209 fairy tales collected by the Brothers Grimm.
