THE WITHOUT NOTICE APPLICATION of the Plaintiff coming on for hearing before me on this day at Vancouver, British Columbia; AND UPON hearing FIONA K. ROBIN, counsel for the Plaintiff; AND UPON reading the pleadings and proceedings had and taken herein:
THIS COURT ORDERS THAT:
1. The Defendantshall forthwith return the children, ALEXANDER TAKARA MANIWA-WOOD, born May 21,1994 and MANAMI SHEONA MANIWA-WOOD, born January 6, 1997 (the "Children") to the Plaintiff, Alexander Murray Wood.
2. The Order of the Honourable Mr. Justice Hood, pronounced February 18, 2004, be varied such that the Defendant's access to the Children shall be hereby suspended until further Order of this Honourable Court.
