About Incentive

The Incentive Program attracts creative and motivated students from throughout the Richmond School District. Incentive is an experiential school with an outstanding outdoor physical education program that develops competent, confident, caring people with strong leadership skills.

The fundamental goal of the school is to help students become autonomous learners.  Autonomous learners have strong self-concepts, are self-directed and function with minimal external guidance.  They are able to solve problems and develop new ideas and use their new skills to assume personal responsibility for the quality of life in their communities.
