To receive your *Certificate and attend the Graduation Ceremonies you must submit a Graduation Application.
Please indicate your program:
• Career Development Practice (Pt Time)
• Career Development Practice Intensive (Full time)
• Career Development Advanced (Pt time)
• Deafblind Intervention Certificate
• Leadership Development Certificate Program
• School Age Child Care Program
You do not automatically Graduate and you do not automatically receive your Certificate, you must apply.
It is optional if you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremonies (convocation). The Convocation ceremonies are held at the New Westminster Campus.

Strict deadlines to Apply for Graduation: Details posted on the website
After you apply, you will be notified by the Graduation Office of details. If you have submitted an application and haven’t heard from the Graduation Office, and are wondering about your Application please contact 604 527 5391.
The deadlines change every year so please watch the website.

Credentials (certificates) are not issued prior to Graduation.
Refer you to the Graduation website for the specific policy
Prior to receiving your Certificate, there are two options to prove your program completion.
1. Request an Official Transcript from the Registrar's office (fees apply)
2. Request a Letter of Completion from the Graduation Officer (no fee).
Either/both of these documents are official proof that you have completed the program.
